Time of Withdrawal Refund of Fees
Before start of classes 100% refund (after deducting processing/registration fee)
Within 15 days of starting classes 80–90% refund
16–30 days after start 50% refund
After 30 days No refund
Admission cancellation due to non-eligibility Full refund (excluding processing fees), if canceled before classes begin

1. Processing Fee Deduction: A non-refundable fee (e.g., ₹1,000–₹5,000 or $50–$200) is often deducted.
2. Written Request: A written/email request for withdrawal is usually required.
3. Bank Details: Refunds are made via bank transfer; students must submit valid bank account details.
4. Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 15–30 working days after approval.
5. Document Submission: Original fee receipt and ID proof may be required.

• If withdrawal is after the no-refund period.
• If a student is expelled or dismissed due to disciplinary reasons.
